Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and ship the parcel using a trackable mailing service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship out the exchange item within 5-7 business days.
